Responsibilities
Develop Commercial Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the technology and data landscape. Understand hiring needs and career goals to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across areas such as software, data, cloud, infrastructure, and analytics
Manage Customer Portfolio and Pipeline: Identify organizations with current and future technology and data hiring needs, as well as candidates seeking new opportunities. Maintain a strong and active pipeline of roles and talent
Talent Brokerage: Act as a trusted intermediary between clients and candidates. Responsibilities include face-to-face and virtual registration meetings, video calls, interview preparation, stakeholder engagement, offer management, and successful placement delivery
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with other disciplines across Henderson Scott US, Henderson Scott UK, and Search Recruitment Group to drive business development initiatives and cross-sell capabilities
Networking: Attend technology- and data-focused industry events, meetups, and conferences to promote our services and expand your professional network
Qualification
Required
Proven recruitment experience within technology and/or data markets
Strong understanding of technology and data disciplines, roles, and career pathways
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio and recruitment pipeline
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
