Responsibilities
Manage preparation of individual, partnership, S-Corp, and other entity tax returns
Conduct tax research and develop solutions for complex client situations
Provide coaching and mentorship to associates to support their development
Foster collaboration and teamwork across the organization
Participate in business growth and client relationship initiatives
Identify opportunities to integrate other specialists into client solutions
Qualification
Required
6+ years of tax experience in public accounting or industry
CPA license required; MST a plus
Strong client service and communication skills
Ability to develop innovative solutions in a team-oriented environment
Passion for mentoring and developing others
Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving skills
Strong integrity and professionalism
