Responsibilities
Review real estate contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all real estate transactions
Manage and maintain office calendars
Coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, faxing, check deposits
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office administration or a related role
Proficient in calendar management, scheduling, and office management software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of clerical procedures and front desk operations
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
