Lead, develop, and inspire teams of technicians—driving performance through coaching, training, and regular performance reviews
Coordinate across functions and manage contractors to meet customer requirements and ensure projects are executed seamlessly
Monitor project profitability by tracking costs, optimizing technician utilization, and ensuring efficient resource management
Champion quality with in-field audits, customer visits, and continuous improvement of technician and subcontractor performance
Elevate customer satisfaction by building processes that deliver consistent, high-quality results and measurable business impact
Resolve challenges with collaboration—partnering with peers and stakeholders to address internal and external concerns quickly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
6–8 years of hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, or engineering, with a solid technical foundation
1–2 years of leadership experience managing technical personnel
Preferred
1–2 years of leadership experience managing technical personnel
