Monitors up to 16 patients continuously on one screen, remaining alert while on duty
Effectively communicates with patients using a microphone and headset
Responds promptly to patient behavior changes and communicates effectively with hospital staff
Demonstrates discretion and courtesy when working with patients, visitors, and staff
Navigates technology, patient monitoring platform, and system requirements with ease
Qualification
Required
Possesses strong communication skills, effectively using a microphone and headset with patients
Skillful in navigating technology, patient monitoring platform, and system requirements during patient monitoring
Familiar with basic Microsoft Windows operations and skilled in simple data entry
High school graduate or G.E.D
Preferred
Preferred prior clinical experience and hospital background
Certification preferred (Nurse Assistant/Medical Assistant, nursing student, other allied health)
