They are seeking a full-time Client Coordinator to facilitate the Skin Pharm experience for patients by managing check-ins, providing information, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Check patients in and out
Provide product and service information
Take payments and schedule future appointments
Answer phones
Perform a variety of administration tasks
Ensure the front room is clean and welcoming
Re-organize products as patients shop
Place furniture back in its original place
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in office software
Ability to take direction and work independently
Organizational and multitasking skills
Passion for the aesthetic industry
