Responsibilities
Perform complete setups on Swiss Lathe CNC machines
Prepare tooling, programs, and workholding ahead of production
Troubleshoot setup and process issues to minimize downtime
Ensure all setups meet safety, quality, and production standards
Collaborate with Engineering and Production for smooth shift handoffs
Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
Operate machines during production when setups are complete
Qualification
Required
2+ years of CNC machining experience
Strong Swiss Lathe setup experience (Citizen a plus)
Comfortable working independently on a night shift
Solid troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Preferred
Experience in Aerospace or Medical manufacturing
