Responsibilities

Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service
Support front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Train, mentor, and motivate front desk clerks
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for special requests, early arrivals, and late checkouts
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front desk environment
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and guest confidentiality

Qualification

Front desk experienceLeadership experienceCustomer service mindsetComputer proficiencyCash handling experienceCommunication skills

Required

1–3 years of front desk experience and leadership experience, within hospitality
A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team, resolve issues, and keep morale high
Computer proficiency and prior cash-handling experience
Dependability, professionalism, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
High School Diploma or GED required
