Serve as a senior member of the executive leadership team, shaping corporate strategy and long-term organizational direction
Oversee multiple business units, functions, or regions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and performance targets
Translate board-level and executive strategy into enterprise-wide execution plans
Drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across the company
Partner closely with the CEO, President, COO, and Board of Directors on strategic initiatives, investments, and transformation programs
Establish enterprise governance frameworks, performance management systems, and executive KPIs
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation at a corporate or divisional level
Identify business risks, market opportunities, and expansion initiatives; lead mitigation and growth strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop senior executives and high-potential leaders, ensuring succession planning and leadership continuity
Represent the company externally with investors, strategic partners, regulators, and key stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred

Strong strategic, financial, and commercial acumen with enterprise-level decision-making capability
Exceptional executive presence, leadership influence, and communication skills
Experience driving growth, transformation, and change management initiatives
Ability to operate effectively in board-level, investor-facing, and highly regulated environments

Preferred

MBA preferred
Industry experience in finance, investment, technology, healthcare, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
