Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Oversee clinical quality and ensure program effectiveness
Provide leadership, support, and case direction to BCBAs and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care
Train and support families, caregivers, and staff
Monitor data, adjust treatment plans, and ensure best practices
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA compliance
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Active BCBA certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive clinical team
