Analyze revenue cycle data related to billing, collections, denials, and payments

Create and maintain detailed Excel reports using pivot tables, formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, etc.), and data models

Perform routine and ad hoc data reconciliation between multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness

Identify discrepancies, trends, and root causes impacting revenue performance

Support month-end and period-end reporting processes

Collaborate with billing, finance, and operations teams to resolve data issues

Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare financial standards

Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership through reports and dashboards
