Media Manager
Clarity Recruiting is seeking a Media Manager to lead media strategy and execution for client campaigns. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize media performance and ensure alignment with client goals.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key internal partner to creative, production, and strategy teams
Lead client communications and performance discussions around media
Stay current on media platforms, targeting capabilities, and industry best practices
Manage and maintain strong relationships with media partners
Support and contribute to integrated, channel-agnostic media strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs
Work directly with media planners and buyers to manage execution across paid social, programmatic, CTV, search, and OOH
Oversee campaign pacing, budgets, and in-flight optimizations
Identify performance trends and recommend tactical optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes
Ensure media plans align with creative assets, formats, and production timelines
Support trafficking coordination, QA, and launch readiness
Monitor campaign performance and delivery on an ongoing basis
Translate data into clear insights and client-ready reporting
Support development of dashboards, performance summaries, and optimization recommendations
Partner with internal teams to align media learnings with future strategy
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in paid media, media strategy, or activation (agency or media company preferred)
Hands-on experience managing multi-channel media campaigns
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics
Experience collaborating with media buyers, planners, and creative teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
Clear communicator with a proactive mindset
