Paradies Lagardère is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Starbucks at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The Assistant Manager is responsible for daily operations, ensuring First Class Service, and supervising the team to enhance store management and performance.

Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language
Strong interpersonal/organizational skills with the ability to motivate others
Proficiency required in reading, writing, mathematics, and cash handling/reporting
Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office preferred
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records check, Paradies Background Check, and applicable Department of Transportation requirements
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
ServSafe will be required
Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team

Two to five years of prior supervisory experience in a food and beverage operation

Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and a point of sale system
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred

Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office
Experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
