Conducts research, gathers data, and performs analytical studies on departmental programs, policies, and operations; identifies inefficiencies, recommends process changes, and contributes to implementation research and development

Prepares analytical reports, presentations, charts, summaries, and other written materials that clearly communicate findings and supports management decision-making

Supports special projects, including conducting in-depth data analysis, collaborating across divisions, and assisting with new program or system implementations

Updates and manages dashboards in PowerBI ensuring transparency that directly supports leaders throughout Tucson Water

Performs other duties as assigned
