For higher level tech-leaders, you've brought order where there is chaos through simplification & implementation of best practices, and you've done it without blowing up an existing culture
You're a successful 'change agent' who empowers others in order to create a truly collaborative workplace environment
You've turned ideas into high-performance, commercially successful products
You're still hands-on and prefer to stay close to the core technology
You've created disruptive technology in academia (or your garage)
You're a seasoned consultant who's open to joining a stable corporate situation
You've gained 'buy-in' from key stakeholders
You see opportunity where others see risk
You enjoy being a Player/Coach who leads by example
You're calm & collected in stressful situations (or when priorities shift suddenly)
You're a communicator who can constructively criticize with a sense of diplomacy

Qualification

First and foremost, you're a techno-geek with comprehensive knowledge of complex hardware products, devices, systems & dedicated equipment and/or automation
BS/MS/PhD in Electrical-Mechanical-Computer-Software-Optical-Systems-BioMed- Automation or Control Systems Engineering
Supplemental MBA (Technology Focused) / PMP Certification always welcome
You've turned ideas into high-performance, commercially successful products
You're still hands-on and prefer to stay close to the core technology
