Integrated Media Planner
Target Media is a company focused on client engagement through effective media strategies. The Integrated Media Planner is responsible for developing and executing integrated media strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities
Develop integrated media strategies aligned to client goals, budgets, and target audiences
Build detailed media plans including channel mix, targeting strategy, budgets, flighting, and KPIs
Execute campaigns directly within DSPs and platform interfaces, including setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization
Apply audience targeting, geo-targeting, and contextual strategies to maximize efficiency and performance
Monitor live campaigns and proactively optimize based on performance trends and insights
Stay current on industry trends, DSP capabilities, and emerging platforms to inform planning and execution
Partner with sales and client success teams during pitches, RFPs, and client presentations
Clearly communicate media strategy, execution details, and performance insights to internal teams and clients
Work closely with analytics and reporting teams to ensure accurate measurement and insights
Follow all internal processes with accuracy and attention to detail to support operational efficiency
Support ongoing development of planning tools, templates, and best practices
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in integrated media planning and execution
Hands-on experience working within DSPs (required)
Strong understanding of digital, programmatic, and streaming/CTV media
Experience with audience targeting, optimization, and performance measurement
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Positive, collaborative team player who contributes to company growth objectives
Working knowledge of media buying, activation, and optimization best practices
Experience in travel, education, home services, political, or multicultural marketing a plus
