Responsibilities

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, with a remit across industries and a primary focus on Healthcare (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, and MedTech) industries
Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities
Present BairesDev's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients' senior executives
Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client's needs and achieve their desired business outcomes
Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals
Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout the complex sales cycle
Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions

Required

5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives
Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector
Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts within healthcare or life sciences markets
Excellent understanding of the Healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends
Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships
Must have a strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges commonly faced in the healthcare industry
Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Native English or fully bilingual (English)
