Responsibilities
Direct report to the CMO
Liaison between leadership departments, preparing leaders for meetings
External outreach and relationship initiation (providers, systems, payers)
Executive calendar and time protection
Executive communications and slide deck development
Cross-functional coordination with COO
Project and initiative management
Systems, tracking, and follow-through using Raya platforms and tools
Proactively engage stakeholders across health care, public health, policy, payer, provider, and innovation ecosystems to support strategic priorities
Conduct warm outreach and follow-ups with prospective partners, collaborators, and funders, nurturing relationships from initial interest through next steps
Manage and track multiple projects across operational platforms, ensuring clear documentation, timelines, and follow-through
Attend internal and external meetings, take notes, capture action items, and follow up
Serve as liaison between CMO and COO and the broader C suite to support alignment and execution
Manage the CMO’s calendar, prioritizing high-impact engagements and optimizing executive time
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in healthcare, health tech, consulting, operations, or strategy
Bachelors degree is required in a relevant field, such as public health, health administration, business administration, health policy, or operations management
Prior executive support experience
Exceptional written communication and deck-building skills
High emotional intelligence and relationship building
Project management expertise
Comfort interfacing with clinicians, health systems, FQHCs, and health plans
High judgment, discretion, and ability to manage ambiguity
