Facilitate training in-person and virtually using innovative instructional approaches
Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Design, develop, and deliver engaging eLearning content in DMV U
Evaluate organizational training needs and align learning solutions with departmental goals
Review and improve departmental training functions and processes
Facilitate training in-person and virtually using innovative instructional approaches
Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Strong verbal presentation, writing, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in instructional design, content development, and adult learning methodologies
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong working knowledge of the ADDIE model
Experience developing eLearning using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Canva, or similar authoring tools
Experience facilitating training both in-person and virtually
Ability to research, analyze, and develop effective course content
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and personal computer applications
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and management
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
