Responsibilities

Participation in client engagements from beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects

Preparation and/or review of returns for partnership, individual, and S Corporation clients

Tax research, consultation, and preparation of client memorandums

Development of client-focused tax planning and transaction structuring concepts

Participation in client relationship building, including involvement in networking and business development activities

Optional participation in campus recruiting activities, internal learning and development committees, and other firm leadership objectives

Qualification
