Join our corporate department as a Securities Associate with 3-5 years of experience

Have experience with federal and state securities laws, corporate governance, capital market transactions, SEC reporting obligations, and experience with filings and issues related to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934

Demonstrate strong academic performance, superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm
