Responsibilities

Define, plan, and manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for major initiatives (e.g., migration to AWS/Azure/GCP, data center consolidation, network upgrades)
Oversee multiple Project Managers, ensuring rigorous adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards (using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Monitor and control program budgets, forecasting future expenditures, and ensuring delivery within financial constraints
Coordinate with external vendors, cloud providers, and third-party contractors for seamless service delivery and project completion
Serve as the primary contact for executive sponsors, technology leadership, and end-user teams in the NY office
Provide regular, high-quality status updates and manage cross-functional dependencies
Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks, resolve complex issues, and manage resource allocation across the program portfolio

Required

5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, specifically managing large-scale IT infrastructure, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs
Strong foundational understanding of key infrastructure concepts, including Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Networking, storage, and data center operations
Cybersecurity principles
Must be based in or willing to commute to the New York, NY office

Preferred

PMP, PgMP, CSM, or a relevant Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
