Provide counseling on prescriptions; relay pertinent information for success and confidence in at home use of medication

Perform all necessary steps of work flow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free products

Maintain product levels, improve efficiencies, seek continuous improvement opportunities, identify barriers to achieve goals, and escalate issues when appropriate

Support and stay current on company wellness initiatives; ensure consistency and execution and share best practices

Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations; ensure company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures are followed
