Responsibilities
Participate in the daily operations of the property
Cleanliness of the grounds, pool, leasing office, parking lots/structures, and common community areas
Trash removal in common areas
Daily cleaning of the garden buildings, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of high touch surface areas
Participate in preventative maintenance such as light bulb changing and detailed cleaning of light fixtures throughout the community
Adhering to company policy, state and federal safety and fair housing laws
Hands on repair and upkeep
Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license and good driving record is required
The ability to work independently with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of pool upkeep
Good interpersonal skills and a great attitude
Other duties, as assigned by management
