Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of cases for corporate and individual clients from consultations to filing and beyond (approvals, RFEs, NOIDs)
Manage paralegal work
Help with attorney marketing across various channels (LinkedIn, Reddit)
Ensure an exceptional client experience (100+ 4.8 Google star reviews)
Engage directly with founders, executives, and business leaders at the forefront of innovation
Advise and consult with potentially dozens of new clients each week across diverse corporate case types
Manage and grow a book of business
Qualification
Required
3+ years of business immigration experience
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Willingness to apply for admission to the Arizona Bar
Experience managing EB-1A, O-1s, and NIWs as well as other NIV and IV case types for both corporate and individual clients
Ability to manage full lifecycle of cases for corporate and individual clients from consultations to filing and beyond (approvals, RFEs, NOIDs)
Experience managing paralegal work
Ability to help with attorney marketing across various channels (LinkedIn, Reddit)
