PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher who will specialize in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys, requiring strong analytical skills and expertise in survey design.

Responsibilities

Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys

Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments

Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience

Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package

Experience in survey design and item development

Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests

Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research

Proficiency with Google suites

Required: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences)
