Freymiller is seeking a high-energy Account Executive to drive new business and close deals in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, understanding customer needs, and exceeding sales targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Hunt for new business through cold calls, emails, and social selling
Own the full sales cycle—find it, close it, and keep it
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Hit and exceed sales targets with a strong pipeline of deals
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and happy clients
Stay sharp on industry trends to provide insights and value to customers
Qualification
Required
Proven success in inside sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Competitive, results-driven mindset with a thick skin
Organized and efficient—able to juggle multiple deals
Preferred
Experience in logistics or freight brokerage is a plus (but not required)
Bachelor's degree preferred
