Responsibilities

Provide recruitment support to a team of recruiters, including:

Scheduling a high volume of interviews by coordinating with candidates and business stakeholders

Booking conference rooms or video meetings and sending interview planners and confirmation emails

Produce employment contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America, with an understanding of regional legal requirements and differences

Process internal transfers accurately and on time

Support onboarding and complete pre-hire checks, escalating issues when required

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other tracking tools

Act as the primary point of contact for committed hires during the post-offer, pre-hire phase to ensure all required actions are completed before the start date

Support core HR processes by assessing issues, delivering solutions, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Build strong partnerships with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues and mitigate risk

Support cross-functional HR projects as needed
