Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major Banking and Fintech clients to drive revenue growth
Lead sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative digital solutions that meet the specific needs of Banking and financial services clients
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Apexon's footprint within the Banking and financial services sector
Mentor and guide sales and account management teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations
Ensure all solutions and services comply with industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of data security

Required

Proven track record of successfully hunting and acquiring new business in the BFS sector
Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including key trends and challenges
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close large, complex deals
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Strong technical foundation with experience in digital transformation, AI, machine learning, blockchain, and cloud computing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience working in a private equity-led firm is an added advantage
