Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and ship mission-critical features across the stack
Lead by example and mentor junior engineers
Contribute to architectural decisions and platform direction
Write automated tests and champion a strong testing culture
Build thoughtful user experiences from front end to API logic
Collaborate closely with a tight-knit, high-trust engineering team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong back-end experience with a modern programming language
Experience shipping features to RESTful APIs and web/mobile apps
Proficiency in modern JavaScript and frameworks like React, Vue, or similar
Solid understanding of OOP, relational databases, and API design
Preferred
PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
Front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
Mobile app development or NativeScript experience
