This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Responsibilities
Process foreign and domestic supplier invoices, employee expenses, and freight invoices
Verify payment authorizations and ensure accurate general ledger coding
Identify and apply available payment discounts
Maintain vendor records and recurring payment schedules
Reconcile vendor statements and inter-company accounts
Assist with credit card expense reconciliation and check deposits
Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger or bank accounts
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Perform special projects and research as requested by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
