Oversee the administration of benefits for employees in multiple global locations
Liaise with benefits carriers to facilitate the enrollment process for medical and dental plans
Assist in the management of a wide array of benefits, including risk and life insurance, gym reimbursements, and more
Help employees understand, access, and make the most of the benefits available to them
Streamlined Open Enrollments and Terminations - streamline these processes, ensuring employees can easily navigate through transitions and changes in their benefits status
Weekly communications with benefits carriers and vendors - cultivate collaborative relationships that enhance benefits services, resolving any issues promptly and maintaining efficient communication
Pay a pivotal role in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits available to them
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2 years experience in a benefits role
Prior experience working in a professional environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to work productively both independently and collaboratively
