Qualification
Required
Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
Experience with managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
Strong ability to provide Help Desk Support, including excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar) are advantageous
Prior experience in IT support or a related field is preferred
