Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

Create new orders in internal systems as required
Initial quotes, process approvals, shippers and invoice requests according to priority
Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP
Interface with Operations to expedite/prioritize delivery scheduling of services
Interface with Customers, Sales, Operations and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues and answer questions
Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeMultitasking

Required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to multitask
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
