Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement organizational policies and strategic initiatives
Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing financial insights and recommendations
Create and execute 10 year business plan that will increase impact 5X
Create annual budgets, KPIs, and reporting tools to proactively drive performance
Oversee cash management, risk management, regulatory compliance, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Lead and mentor internal finance and accounting team
Qualification
Required
Previous CFO experience with large organization
Fintech expertise and scaling payment solutions for rapidly growing organizations
Strong ERP systems
Non-profit or private board governance best practices
10 - 15 years' of finance experience
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
