Responsibilities
Design, execute, and document manual test cases for D365 applications and integrations
Set up and configure Task Recorder and ATF to support automated and regression testing
Assist in the build-out process and establish frameworks for regression test suites
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify test requirements and ensure coverage
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across multiple environments
Track, report, and manage defects through the full lifecycle
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Support automation initiatives where applicable, leveraging tools such as Leapwork
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer or Manual Tester
Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications
Strong knowledge of Task Recorder and Automated Test Framework (ATF) setup and usage
Experience assisting in regression test planning and execution
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect management practices
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Exposure to automation testing frameworks and tools
Experience with ServiceNow testing and familiarity with its ATF capabilities
Working knowledge of Leapwork automation testing tool
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow ATF and Leapwork automation into regression testing strategies
Background in enterprise application testing
