Field Service Manager
MintLeads is seeking a motivated Field Service Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of technical support and field service operations. The role involves managing a team of technical support representatives, interfacing with clients, and coordinating with service providers to resolve machine issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
Manage a small team of offshore technical support representatives
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues
Develop troubleshooting protocols and support documentation
Interface directly with clients experiencing machine technical issues
Coordinate with third-party service providers who perform on-site repairs
Manage relationships with Chinese equipment suppliers for parts procurement
Order spare and replacement parts to resolve client issues efficiently
Travel approximately 50% of the time across the lower 48 states
Conduct on-site diagnostics for urgent, complex, or unresolved machine issues
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair when necessary
Document technical issues and solutions to build institutional knowledge
Identify recurring technical issues and develop preventive solutions
Streamline parts ordering and inventory management processes
Create training materials for support team and service providers
Qualification
Required
Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Metro Atlanta area
Comfortable with ~50% travel (primarily domestic, lower 48 states)
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
Valid driver's license and ability to travel on short notice
Preferred
Experience in field service, technical support, or operations management
Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience (vending, HVAC, appliance repair, etc.)
Familiarity with managing remote teams or contractors
Experience with international suppliers or cross-border logistics is a plus
