Titan Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Program Manager to lead the successful execution of a large-scale, multi-task IT program delivering enterprise technology engineering and operations support within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This role involves overseeing delivery of integrated IT services across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations, ensuring high-quality performance aligned to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), providing regular program updates, issue resolution, and strategic guidance

Lead overall contract execution including cost, schedule, risk, scope, and quality management across all task areas

Ensure that all technical, operational, and business support activities are coordinated, well-documented, and compliant with applicable standards and best practices

Manage day-to-day performance of multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, including staffing, training, reporting, and contract deliverables

Drive Agile-based task planning and execution, leveraging metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement and accountability

Lead Monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs), develop and present briefings, status reports, and performance metrics

Collaborate with internal corporate teams on resource management, finance, security, quality assurance, and contract administration

Required

An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required

Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. In lieu of degree, 15+ years of program management experience
