Responsibilities

You’ll guide and support a maintenance team responsible for keeping a fast-moving manufacturing operation running safely and reliably
Every day will look a little different—you might be digging into a PLC issue in the morning, rebuilding a hydraulic unit later that afternoon, or walking a line with production leadership to line up priorities
This role is a mix of leadership, hands-on problem solving, and making sure we’re following GMPs and safety rules at all times

Required

Able to work legally in the U.S
High school diploma required
About four years in mechanical or electrical trades (tech training programs can count toward this)
Solid Microsoft Office skills
Experience supervising or leading a team in a production environment
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and GMPs
Comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems including 3-phase power, electrical code, print reading, drives
Understanding of electronics including digital/analog understanding and component-level board repair
Experience with PLC work including Siemens and Allen-Bradley, reading ladder logic, basic programming, platform familiarity
Knowledge of instrumentation including calibration of sensitive equipment
Experience with hydraulics & pneumatics including print reading and equipment rebuilds
Familiarity with mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, chain/belt drives
Welding & cutting skills including MIG/TIG/stick, torch, plasma, grinders
Brazing & plumbing skills including general layout, sweating pipe, print reading
Knowledge of HVAC systems including ammonia and freon systems, chillers, rooftop units
Experience with boilers, combustion systems, compressors, fire/sprinkler systems
General building maintenance skills including lighting, roofing, layouts
