Learning & Development Consultant
ICARDA is an international non-profit research organization focused on agricultural research and development. They are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to enhance their organizational learning culture by designing and implementing initiatives that support the rollout of a new Performance Management Framework.

Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality learning solutions, including training modules, toolkits, guides, and e-learning content that support the new framework rollout
Create materials that promote continuous feedback, goal-setting, coaching, and performance review best practices
Ensure learning content is practical, user-friendly, and aligned with ICARDA's values and organizational context
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for staff and managers globally
Build capacity of supervisors in performance coaching, feedback conversations, competency-based evaluations, and development planning
Establish mechanisms to evaluate learning outcomes, measure effectiveness, and track progress against goals
Qualification
Required
Advanced university degree (Master's level or higher) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and organizational development
Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs related to performance management, leadership development, or change management
Strong experience in facilitating workshops and virtual learning sessions for diverse, multicultural audiences
Demonstrated ability to translate frameworks and policies into practical, engaging learning solutions
