Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
Hunt for new logos across mid-to-large enterprises in the U.S. region
Convert pipeline opportunities into revenue with aggressive sales execution
Partner with delivery and solution teams to craft winning proposals and demos
Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts via CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of closing $500K–$2M+ IT service deals in the U.S
Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, or platform engineering services
Consultative selling mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Deep knowledge of U.S. enterprise tech buying behavior and sales cycles
