Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of the site leadership team, providing financial and operational insight to hit performance goals

Help execute the annual operating plan and support leaders across the business with clear, data-backed guidance

Lead an efficient and accurate month-end and quarter-end close

Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and maintain strong internal controls

Own forecasting for the facility (P&L, balance sheet, and capital)

Provide analysis on cost centers, profitability, and opportunities to improve margins and productivity

Support capital project planning and decision-making

Oversee physical inventory and monitor key areas like fixed assets, inventory, payables, and receivables

Drive improvements in finance processes and standard practices to increase efficiency and accuracy

Identify operational opportunities for cost reduction and productivity gains

Lead and develop the finance team with a focus on strong internal service and accountability

Oversee local IT operations for the site
