Responsibilities
Manage Joint Interest monthly close process
Review and post well related and G&A payable invoices
Oversee bi-monthly check runs
Respond to vendor inquiries as needed
Prepare journal entries
Reconcile accounts and general ledger
Research invoice/billing issues
Maintain working interest decks and cost centers
Maintain billing allocation tables, overhead charges, and well master
Qualification
Required
5 years minimum experience with JIB areas of oil and gas accounting
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proactive with a positive attitude
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
