Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies , team events, and PI planning sessions
Lead retrospectives and drive relentless process improvement
Support multiple Agile teams (Scrum and Kanban) simultaneously
Coordinate and manage cross-team and external dependencies
Remove impediments and roadblocks , including those outside team authority
Ensure clarity of goals, scope, and product domain across teams
Define and manage timelines and scope using Agile planning and backlog refinement
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks
Support release planning and execution
Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and scheduled
Maintain strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up
Support initiatives related to product safety, product recall, and compliance
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master
Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams
Strong background managing external and cross-team dependencies
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
SAFe Agile certification
Experience working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations using influence
Strong ability to manage changing priorities in fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with ServiceNow
Background in retail environments
