Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple or high-impact IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
Translate business requirements into executable project plans aligned with organizational goals
Partner with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to manage expectations, priorities, and deliverables
Guide, mentor, and support project managers and technical teams, fostering accountability and high performance
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success
Own project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to optimize utilization and cost efficiency
Enforce project management best practices, governance standards, and reporting across initiatives
Provide clear, timely project updates, executive-level reports, and status dashboards to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
12+ years of experience in project management, including leading complex IT or software delivery projects
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise systems, and delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models
Preferred
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification preferred
