Naviguard is a growing business seeking a Senior Data Analyst to assist in planning and implementing improvements across multiple departments. The role involves analyzing complex data sets to identify key drivers impacting operations and developing data-driven solutions to enhance performance in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analyses aimed at improving overall performance and data integrity

Collaborate on strategic initiatives to develop analytics that guide business actions

Gather and document requirements from the client/business while focused on process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes

QA/analysis of large data sets used for reporting and QA/analysis of subsequent deliverables for self and team

Quickly develop subject matter expertise in new topics to ensure analytics output is accurate and complies with business rules/requirements/requests

Predict emerging business needs and develop innovative data-driven solutions to evaluate and manage them

Work with data warehouses, databases, database structures, data on a daily basis

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Health Administration or related field

Team-oriented, adaptable, accountable individual who can thrive in and contribute positively to a small, dynamic development team

Proven problem-solving skills that generate demonstrable, meaningful, positive impacts; previous experience in analytics a plus

Committed self-starter with proven ability to learn systems quickly and lead projects from concept to completion

3+ years of database/data warehouse or software development experience

3+ years Healthcare IT with strong understanding of industry

Experienced in Agile/Scrum or similar system of prioritizing work on multiple complex assignments with iterative deliverables and contending deadlines

Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and verbally to individuals and groups
