Review chatbot and voicebot conversations for accuracy, tone, and compliance
Test verification, payment discussion, disputes, transfers, and session closures
Audit ticket creation, categorization, and resolution workflows
Review call recordings and transcripts to identify gaps and improvements
Create test cases and share clear feedback with product and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
3 plus years of experience in US debt collection QA or operations
Strong understanding of collections call flows and compliance scenarios
Experience with chatbots, voicebots, or automated customer systems
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
