Qualification

Bilingual FrenchBilingual EnglishCustomer service experienceComfort with technologyCommunication skillsPositive attitude

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Comfort with technology (computers, software, phone systems)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both English and French
Ability to sit for extended periods
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help others

Preferred

Previous call center or customer service experience
