Responsibilities

Own and optimize the ERP system (IFS preferred) for manufacturing, finance, and supply chain
Lead CMMC compliance (NIST 800-171, DFARS, ITAR)
Run all IT infrastructure and operations (cloud, network, systems, vendors)
Lead IT team, budget, and roadmap
Support digital transformation and legacy system modernization

Required

10+ years in IT leadership
Hands-on leader (not purely strategic)
