Oversee a portfolio of properties in Washington with some overlap into Portland

Responsible for the overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of an assigned multi-family portfolio

Serve as the company representative in all matters related to investor and owner reporting, meetings, and relationship management

Required

Must have experience in multi-family property management

7-10 years managerial experience

Proven leadership skills

Experience managing 3rd party client relationships

Strong financial background

Must be able to travel as needed

Preferred

Lease-up experience preferred but not required

Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)
